Fit to Strip... Great video!
I use this video on my off days (my "I'm too lazy to do a Cardio workout today" days). It is a really fun and challenging workout most of which is done lying down! They break the video up into warm-up, floor work (abs and butt), upper body, lower body and cool down. It lets you do any combination you need to do, which is really nice! Don't expect to be pole dancing, though! This is a strength workout, not a strip routine!

Really Fun
I just used this disc for the first time today and it's really fun. All the little routines are cute and not too complicated. If you're looking for a hardcore workout, you won't find it here - all the routines are probably 3 minutes long, if that. I would recommend pausing the instruction parts of the DVD and doing those repeatedly. This DVD is meant for people like myself who are already thin, but just need to tone up a few problem areas. If you're looking to lose tons of weight, head to the gym instead - this disc won't help you much.

hip hop lap dance
It's a good video, but the hip hop part is sort of stupid and doesn't really go with the rest.

A little disappointing.
First I must confess that I have only used the first DVD in this set. That said, I was very enthusiastic about using it and was prepared for a great, sexy workout. Instead I found myself mainly standing there watching Carmen bat her eyelashes and giggle for the camera. The routine is fun but this hardly qualifies as an aerobic workout, and she doesn't cue right and left very well for the viewer. Probably the best thing I can say about this video is that all the hip rolls, hip thrusts and back arching force me to use and stretch out muscles that often stiffen up from more conventional workouts, which feels good, but the presentation on this video hardly qualifies it as an actual workout. Have fun with it, but don't expect too much.

WOW!!
I have the entire set of Carmen Electra's Strip Tease DVDs and this workout is amazing. I worked for a fitness complex for over 2 years and even my personal trainer couldn't work me out this well. The main thing is to try every exercise even if you don't think you can do it. Michael Carson is an amazing trainer and it is wonderful to see Carmen having just as much trouble as the rest of us. It really makes you feel better when she works just as hard as you do. The first time I tried this DVD I couldn't even make it to the isolation sections. Let me tell you if you want a dancers body, this is the way to get it!
